Hello, my name is Sarah. I am the Treatment Coordinator here at Dr. Amy James and Associates.   I have over 7 years of experience in the dental field and I have worked for Dr. Amy James since July of 2016.  Prior to becoming an orthodontic treatment coordinator, I worked as a front desk supervisor overseeing, patient flow and the utilization of dental insurances. From the moment you come through the door at our office, I will walk you through the process of orthodontic treatment.  When you arrive for your first appointment you have some photos taken.  Next, the doctor and I will sit down with you and explain all treatment options.  Then I will help with understanding your insurance benefits and financials. I will also schedule your diagnostic appointment to get your treatment started. I love my job, we have so much fun! I enjoy helping people and look forward to getting to know all of our patients and their families.

I live in Berlin, and have been married for over 14 years. My husband Tommy and I have 2 children named Billy and Julia. We enjoy spending time playing in the yard with our dog, Tucker. If we are not out back playing, we may be taking him on a hike. My family and I love to go camping and go at least twice a year. I love the beach, listening to live music and sitting by the pool in the summer with a good book.

My name is Lynda and I am a Patient Coordinator and the first person you’ll talk to when calling the office. I have been working here now for 7 years.   Some of my responsibilities in the office consist of sending out new patient packets, greeting patients, scheduling, answering phones, correspondence with other offices, help with financial questions and taking care of paperwork. I currently live in Pennsauken with my two cats Caesar and Mustachio. I am newly engaged to a wonderful man and I can't wait for my wedding in March 2016!  I enjoy spending time training in Mixed Martial Arts (I am also a certified instructor with the goal of finishing my second degree black belt). I love spending time with my family and friends, going to the beach, and trying something new (food or activities).

Hi, I’m Elizabeth.  You may not see me much in the office, because I do the behind the scenes stuff!!  I began my adult life quite a while ago with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from The University of Pennsylvania. I worked at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and then as a Nursing Supervisor for many years.  Technically, "40-something" years ago, I began working for my daughter Amy James.   16 years ago, I began working for Dr. Amy James and Associates.  I absolutely love my job!  I have never worked with a greater team of people, who care about and support each other in every way.   Another wonderful aspect of our office is our patients and their families. It’s fun to watch the kids grow and develop; some start their observation very young and are part of our “office family" for many years.  Most of the year I live in Mullica Township, NJ with my husband, Bobby,  in a house we built with our own hands. Our next project is completing the chicken coop so we can have fresh eggs! During the winter months we hit the road with our Airstream trailer and our two rat terriers, Karma and Mikey Rowe, to explore the warmer parts of the country.

Hey, my name is Jordan. Growing up I always wanted to be a Marine Biologist, and here I am; it's not studying tropical fish on the Great Barrier Reef or rehabilitating injured marine life, but I wouldn't change what I do for anything! Being able to be a part in giving someone a perfect smile and a new confidence about the way they look is beyond rewarding. I have been in the orthodontic field for about 9 years now. I have done everything from chart filing, to front desk work, to sterilization, to treatment coordinating, to assisting. I can honestly say I love what I do and I wouldn't want to be doing anything else. I aspire to one day go to dental school and become an orthodontist myself. I am newly married to my amazing and beautiful wife Jessica. I enjoy traveling, hanging out at the beach, cooking new and exciting things, and goofing off. I have been with Dr. James for a short amount of time, but it has been a great experience. It is so awesome to be part of a team so dedicated to excellence and superior quality care, and who are as crazy as I am! I am grateful and blessed to be a part of this team!

Hi, my name is Nicole! I have been a registered orthodontic dental assistant for 4 years now and am the newest member of the staff. My favorite part of my job is creating long lasting relationships with our patients and getting the opportunity to give them a beautiful smile along the way! I have such confidence in our practice and the smiles we produce. Dr. Amy James utilizes state of the art technologies and emphasizes continuing education. What more could you ask for?! I feel so lucky to be a part of such a talented team! I have 2 younger sisters named Reilly and Molly who mean the world to me. We have an English bulldog named Lily who we are all slightly obsessed with! If I am not working, you can find me down the shore. My family is from Sea Isle City so we're beach bums by nature!

My name is Patty and I am the Practice Administrator at Dr. Amy James and Associates. I came to orthodontics after 8 years in oral surgery and I enjoy it very much.   My photo is fairly accurate as you will rarely see me at the office.   I am always here, working behind the scenes, to keep things running.  Although it often sounds like a lot of fun up in the clinic, I love being in my quite little office crunching numbers or battling insurance companies.  As much as I love to work, I love my free time.  I am an avid outdoor enthusiast and adventurer.  I love to garden, travel, sail, kayak, and ski.
