Hello, my name is Terry. I have been working for Dr James for 6 years. I am the Treatment Coordinator here. I love working in our office, we have such fun! You will see me everywhere in the office; starting our new patients, fixing computers, answering phones, working on my computer and even dealing with insurance companies. I have two grown children in college (Cristina and Joseph) and a great husband (Joe). I enjoy reading, cooking, and traveling. I enjoy getting to know our patients and their families. Especially since our relationships last for many years. I am proud to say you will always be greeted with a smile in our office!
My name is Lynda and I am a Patient Coordinator and the first person you’ll talk to when calling the office. I have been working here now for three years and love the ladies I work with. Some of my responsibilities in the office consist of sending out new patient packets, greeting patients, scheduling, answering phones, correspondence with other offices, help with financial questions and taking care of paperwork. I currently live in Pennsauken with my two cats Princess and Caesar. I enjoy spending time training in Mixed Martial Arts (I am also a certified instructor with the goal of finishing my second degree black belt). I love spending time with my family and friends, going to the beach, and trying something new (food or activities).

I began my adult life quite a while ago with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from The University of Pennsylvania. I worked at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and then as a Nursing Supervisor for many years.
About 11 years ago, I began a new career as the Practice Administrator/Financial Coordinator for my daughter, Dr. Amy James. I absolutely love my job. I have never worked with a greater team of people, who care about and support each other in every way. Another wonderful aspect of our office is our patients and their families. It’s fun to watch the kids grow and develop; some start their observation very young and are part of our “office family" for many years.
I live on Long Beach Island all year round with my two cats, Ozzie and Wolfie. I have three great passions: my family, traveling and gardening. Also, I am continually trying to improve my Yoga practice, and will do whatever I can to promote peace and kindness for all.
Hi, I’m Jackie! I’ve been in the dental field since 2001. I graduated from Camden County College’s Dental Assisting program as a Registered Dental Assistant and fell in love with orthodontics immediately. I love coming to work every day and making a difference in people’s lives. You will find me in the clinic, assisting Dr. James in orthodontic procedures, taking x-rays, and doing lab work. We work very hard to create a professional, engaging, and playful atmosphere in our office! I am responsible for ordering and inventory, so I appreciate your feedback on our products. If you see a product on the market that you think could better us, I’m the gal to talk to! I live in Pennsauken with my husband, son and daughter (Peter and Scarlett), dog, cat, turtle, and fish. I’m obviously an animal lover. I also enjoy music, spending time down the shore, movies, Disney, painting, karaoke, and goofing around with my family and friends.
My name is Michelle, I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1991 in NJ and CA. My primary responsibility is assisting the doctor in all orthodontic procedures. I also perform lab work, x-rays, impressions and digital photos, as well as maintaining our recall system. My favorite thing about orthodontics is getting to know our patients on a personal level and watching them mature dentally and physically. I currently live in Delran. I am married, with two wonderful boys ages 11 & 6. I love animals and currently have three cats and two fish. In my spare time I can be found at one of my sons many baseball games cheering him on. I also love to travel the USA once a year.
